Looking through the article I thought it was more interesting that it was damaged from multiple earthquakes, or that it was demolished despite being heritage-registered, than it being designed for a lawyer. I also took a look at Weston's article to see if there was any info that could be used for a solo hook but I'm coming up empty so far. *::Ok, I've expanded the architect sufficiently that it meets the five times expansion rule, but that article is nowhere near finished yet. There's a whole PhD thesis to work through; a brilliant source. I've provided ALT1 that references the earthquakes and the demolition as suggested; this allowed me to simplify the photo caption. Further hook suggestions are most welcome. QPQ for the architect is to follow.
