The 420 is definitely a marijuana reference, but as this is a legal substance in many places, including the United States, I think it means you should look for problematic editing, but is not an automatic disqualifier. The edits I looked at seemed to be an attempt to be constructive. I'd invite another administrator to look at this, and if I missed the boat on this one, perhaps I can get some trout.
