Previous text wrongly said that a direct sling shot knocked the guy down, and identified the boy only as Aife’s son when the important part is that it’s Chullaine’s own son! For anyone interested, note that Kuno Meyer’s version flagrantly bowdlerizes the last bloody part of Chullaine’s speech when ignoring Emer, even though it’s SIDE-BY-SIDE translation presentation.
