I believe that this threshold is in this case easily met. The 2019 series is a critically acclaimed hit series, whereas The Boys (1993 TV series) is an obscure sitcom cancelled after 5 episodes which had no lasting cultural impact; sufficiently obscure that one of the first results when searching for it is a website called TV Obscurities. Yes, the 2019 series is ongoing so there is certainly some recency bias, but pageviews show that even at its lowest offseason pageviews dip it dominates with roughly a 1000:1 ratio. There is no chance that the 1993 series could ever come close to the 2019 series' popularity or significance, even long after the latter series ends. - Event of Ghadir Khumm → Sermon at Ghadir Khumm – (Discuss) – The main reasons for this move request are for the sake of precision and consistency, as per the WP:CRITERIA guidelines. 'Event' is not, by any stretch of the imagination, a useful or precise descriptor. The event in question is a sermon following a congregational Friday prayer, as described in numerous sources, so I believe 'sermon' would be a more useful and appropriate descriptor. This would also be consistent with the titling of various other famous oratory episodes by religious and Islamic figures, including Jesus' famous "Sermon on the mount", as well as the "Sermon of Fadak", the "Sermon of Zaynab bint Ali in the court of Yazid" and the "Sermon of Ali ibn Husayn in Damascus". The best reason for keeping the existing 'Event of ...' format and descriptor, despite its vagueness, is the fact that it is the direct translation from Arabic. However, "event" has never been an essential part of the episode's common name. Many sources refer to it simply as "Ghadir Khumm". There is meanwhile plenty of precedent on Wikipedia for replacing a literal translation from the Arabic in Islamic primary sources into something a bit more encyclopedically useful on the platform. Take, for example, the article "Attack on Fatimah's house", which in the Arabic is literally "Rib fracture accident" - an extremely unhelpful title. The issue for Ghadir Khumm is not so extreme, but having "Event of ..." adds little to nothing to the title, while titling the page as Sermon at Ghadir Khumm would add considerably more precision. - Bleiburg repatriations → Yugoslav Partisan pursuit of Nazi collaborators – (Discuss) – As discussed in multiple talk page sections above, this article title is accurate for a portion of the events described here, but it's not the most commonly referenced portion. What happened at the border at the hands of the British was not the most relevant aspect of the matter (and this was a documented talking point, that there was 'Western betrayal', but it's long been documented as meaningless), and the repatriations were merely the trigger for the next phase of the Partisan pursuit, which was the most notable aspect of the matter because of its brutality. I submit this descriptive title (per WP:NDESC) because it combines multiple aspects of the story while focusing on the most generic parts in order to inform a neutral reader (as opposed to various biased parties who like to soapbox about this) - that the Partisans and the Nazi collaborators were the two main protagonists (the British and the Red Army each played a role but a secondary one), and using the word pursuit (in Croatian this would be potjera) which focuses on the fact that there was a mass pursuit from around Zagreb to the northern borders of Yugoslavia, where the repatriations happened and then back into the latter (in some cases way further south than around Zagreb). I didn't find a concise way to describe the pursuit further because it was a complex evacuation including military and civilians and then a combination of a series of extrajudicial death marches, apprehensions into custody of a judicial system, and seemingly arbitrary releases as well as massacres in a large number of locations and large numbers of diverse people. I also didn't find a meaningful way to maintain the keyword Bleiburg, which is popular, but at the same time means very little to a neutral English reader. In preparation for this, I've gone over most if not all references in other articles to this one, and based my findings on the context found there. Most articles refer to the assorted killings in the death march back. In turn a fewer but significant number primarily talk about the mass flight of the NDH at the end of the war - some of these talk about cases where this was actually successful (cf. Pavelić, ratlines etc), and in turn some talk about cases where it wasn't and the subjects were later formally prosecuted (i.e. they weren't subject to summary executions that are the most popular topic). In turn a fewer number of articles refer specifically to the legacy in the controversial commemoration, and then some specifically discuss the repatriation aspect, or specifically the surrender, etc. -- Joy [shallot] (talk) 08:40, 16 January 2022 (UTC)

However, there is a big part of the article dedicated to the 14th Army's successor in Transnistria, the Operational Group of Russian Forces (OGRF), so this title is somewhat problematic. I don't think we need an article exclusively for the presence of the 14th Army in Transnistria anyway, I don't see it as notable enough, and it could also imply that the presence of the OGRF should be covered in a separate article. I think it would be better if we renamed this article to "Russian military presence in Transnistria" and expand its scope. However, from what I've seen, there are no similarly named articles on Wikipedia, so I am not sure what would the most appropriate name of this article be. By the way, I pretend to restrict this article's scope mainly to post-war presence, since Russian troops present in Transnistria during the war should be covered along Romanian advisors and Romanian and Ukrainian volunteers in Moldova and Transnistria in a separate article that for now is titled Foreign involvement in the Transnistria War in the conflict's navigation box. The argument that a language name in English should just match the ethnic group that speaks it is weak when the name is already commonly used. See the language of the Akan people for example, it is commonly referred to as "Twi" and it's wikipedia page is aptly named "Twi." I've tried to get an informal discussion going to have this straightened out but the only comment received was that we have Britomart Transport Centre using upper case and the railway stations should be brought in line accordingly. While I agree with the upper case for Britomart (nothing wrong with a main station being an outlier, as a WP:COMMONNAME may well be different for it), I certainly do not agree that there is a realistic chance of changing the naming convention for New Zealand railway stations. Further disambiguation is needed in this case because there are multiple places in Cumbria called "Dent". When moved readers were taken to Dent#United Kingdom so readers could fine the right one quickly especially given the location of both places such as nearby towns were given. On 19 December 2020 the title was also changed (without consensus) to "The rise of the Islamic Courts Union", a title totally absurd and incompatible with our policies and practices. Due to unfamiliarity with the editions, in June 2021, there was a requested move and the title was changed to "2006 Somali warlord offensive". As there was no debate regarding this scope change on the talk page, I restored the original version. I propose to return the original title 'Advancement of the Union of Islamic Courts', which is supported by sources (example 1, example 2, example 3]).
