Brian McKeever and .......? (picture from 2014 Winter Paralympics)

Hi! Who is the other person? And who is who? [1] // Zquid (talk) 16:15, 2 February 2022 (UTC)

McKeever is the back skier. The front skier is his guide, Graham Nishikawa. See Here where you can see Nishikawa wearing the same guide number 624, while McKeever has bib 62. That page has several pictures from the same day, and clearly identifies the two men. --Jayron32 16:30, 2 February 2022 (UTC)

BOOK TITLE REQUEST

Can I ask for a book title here? I remember reading an except from it around the mid 1980s. In the excerpt, it was clear that some people had wings and could fly. One of the characters kept his or her money in a pocket sewn into his or skin. To get to it, the skin had to be cut open. That is all I remember. I have asked the library staff, but they can't think of anything like that and it was suggested that I ask on this reference desk. How do I get an answer? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 97.82.165.112 (talk) 18:42, 2 February 2022 (UTC)

Here is a list of books about people who have wings. It may be a good start for your research. --Jayron32 18:51, 2 February 2022 (UTC)
I think maybe the narrator of Nightwings, by Robert Silverberg, had such a pocket in his thigh. —Tamfang (talk) 02:35, 6 February 2022 (UTC)

Rap song I forgot the name of

Hello everybody,

I vaguely remember a rap song from the 80s or 90s that goes something along the lines of "from Brooklyn to the Barrows". I have tried searching on a search engine but to no avail. Munci (talk) 14:28, 5 February 2022 (UTC)

@Munci: Das EFX released a song "Brooklyn to T-Neck in 1992. RudolfRed (talk) 22:26, 6 February 2022 (UTC)
@RudolfRed: Thank you for the idea, which seems plaisible, given what I said. On the other hand, having consulted the lyrics, [2] the title does not appear to be in the lyrics. To clarify, the element I mentioned is in the lyrics but not necessarily the title. Munci (talk) 05:57, 7 February 2022 (UTC)
Check out Sylvester "Rock The Box", contains the lyrics "From Brooklyn to the Bronx". --Jayron32 12:17, 8 February 2022 (UTC)

"Both men" refer to what?

From here, Both men left the company in protest following the incident and formed the WWWF in the process, awarding Rogers the new WWWF World Heavyweight Championship in April of that year.

What does "Both men" refer to? I only find one man in the sentence i.e Rogers. Rizosome (talk) 20:05, 5 February 2022 (UTC)

Seems like it would be one of the McMahons, maybe Vincent J. McMahon. --←Baseball Bugs What's up, Doc? carrots→ 20:50, 5 February 2022 (UTC)
Since "Both men" awarded Rogers the new WWWF World Heavyweight Championship, Rogers is not one of the two. Reading the text, I think that it refers to Vincent J. McMahon and Toots Mondt, the people referred to in the last sentence of the preceding section, "Together they were very successful ...".  --Lambiam 01:21, 6 February 2022 (UTC)
That's exactly what it means. I have reworded the paragraph for clarity. --User:Khajidha (talk) (contributions) 14:46, 6 February 2022 (UTC)

I got the answer from this line: Reading the text, I think that it refers to Vincent J. McMahon and Toots Mondt, the people referred to in the last sentence of the preceding section, "Together they were very successful ...". Rizosome (talk) 22:05, 6 February 2022 (UTC)

clear a Netflix score

By a slip of the mouse I gave a rating to a movie on my Netflix DVD list that I have not seen. Is there a way to undo that? —Tamfang (talk) 02:56, 9 February 2022 (UTC)

Netflix has a 'Help Center' that includes 'Call Us' and 'Start Live Chat' options: [3]. —2603:6081:1C00:1187:D1D6:E0C1:EC40:5360 (talk) 05:44, 9 February 2022 (UTC)
