A helper template for {{Sockpuppet}}.

If the sockpuppet category page does not exist, it displays a garish warning box

There is a link to create the category page, preloaded with the contents of {{Sockpuppet/categorise/preload}}.

Yes, it's ugly, but it works. And it should help to avoid Special:WantedCategories filling up with sockpuppet categories
