Article is new, long enough, and sourced enough for DYK requirements. It appears to be written neutrally. AGF on the Indonesian language sources, but Google Translate does confirm that they are saying Angouw is the first Confucian mayor in Indonesia. The official portrait is used in the article and awesome. It's good to go assuming the template is correct that Indonesia makes its photos public domain. You owe a QPQ.
