Summary
| DescriptionFlybrid Systems Kinetic Energy Recovery System.jpg |
English: Photo of a Flybrid Systems Kinetic Energy Recovery System for a Formula 1 car. This is a flywheel which stores energy when the car is braked, allowing it to be recycled to accelerate the car later. Allowing the driver to boost the car during key sections of the race (for instance when exiting a corner).
