This is a humorous essay.

Unless there is clear evidence to the contrary, assume that people who work on the project are...well, working on the project!
If criticism is needed, discuss editors' actions, but avoid accusing others of non-existence without clear evidence.

As an editor of Wikipedia, one must assume another has religious views, and that they may differ from one's own. If they edit a bunch of religious pages, that is proof that they are religious, even if they only make mechanical fixes.
