OK, QPQ is good, copyvio is resolved (disappointing that they copied from us), the citations for the hook and throughout the article are good and to reliable sources, neutral tone. I can't find a source that the image is appropriately licensed, though, and the uploader to commons does not appear to be the author of the image; unless that's resolved, I recommend that this be promoted without the image.
