I recommend that its content should be merged into that at [[Hi Jolly]], where the few extra lines and citations about this monument would seem most appropriate. For that reason I am reluctant to promote this to DYK, although in all other respects it would theoretically have met the DYK criteria. Pinging {{U|Theroadislong}} who moved it into mainspace.
